HomeBody Personal Training creates individual programs that are fun, safe and effective. Each session is tailored to your unique goals and abilities. Training is held in the privacy of your home and, if you don’t have your own equipment, we bring everything you need for a great workout.
Online fitness coaching is available for clients who travel, have a challenging schedule or prefer to exercise during a work or childcare break! An initial one on one meeting prior to beginning may be necessary.
We can design a self-directed program for your specific needs and goals, keeping in mind prior injuries, and other modifications necessary for safe and effective. Workouts include video links for exercises and we are always available to answer questions, offer advice and encouragement!
